Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: HYBRID - Must be OK with going into the office on Tuesdays,Wednesdays, and Thursdays (Fort Worth, TX 76109)

Will train onsite for 2 weeks.
Duration: 5-6 months
JOB ID: 147332
Pay: $20-$22/hr. (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Flexible to work a shift between 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
Job Details:

Address inbound customer inquiries about financial services and products.

Offer technical support to callers facing access issues and related challenges.

Help customers with questions about our website and its features.

Assist with password resets, registration, and other important inquiries regarding customers' financial information and needs.
Requirements :

3+ years of recent call center work
-
Ability to utilize multiple systems simultaneously

Ability to hardwire into a modem
-
Dedication to complete the entire project
