Job title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Garland, TX
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
(temp to hire - may be flexibility once hired on)
Job Description: Providing assistance to customers inquiring about recent bids, purchases, or available products.
Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails
Process refund requests
Provide back-up support to other team members
Coordinate shipping requests
2+ years in a call center environment
Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
Ability to think independently for problem-resolution
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables is STRONGLY preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Proven track record of excellent attendance
