L ocation: Louisville, KY
Pay: $17
Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:30am to 7PM (Occasional Saturdays and flexible for OT)
Training will be on site (no exceptions) Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30 until deemed ready to WFH
Job Description:
Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
Provide accurate information to the caller.
Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers
Resolve the callers needs.
Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.
Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
Job Requirements/Previous Experience:
Previous call center experience
Previous healthcare experience
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
