Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Richardson, TX (WFH)

Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm , Monday through Friday

Job Description:

A Customer Service Coordinator provides a full range of high level customer support and customer service in a call center environment by all media types, which include a high volume of emails and phone calls. Inbound and outbound calls, following up via email.

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of high-level customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.

2 .Well rounded, personable, with the ability to work independently, good writing skills

3. No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years. Job stability is a MUST.
