Job Description

CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following position:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Royse City, TX

Pay: $16 - $17/hr.

Schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch

Job Description:

  • Work in a fast paced environment, processing orders, troubleshooting issues with shipment.

  • Follow-up on claims with UPS, enter payments/ checks into the system.

  • Assist with general customer service request

Requirements:

  • 3+ years customer service/administrative experience in a call center is required

  • Some college education preferred

  • Excellent data entry skills
