Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Location: Carrollton, TX

Pay: $20.19-$21.63/hr.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30AM-4:00PM

Job Description:

• The Customer Service Representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions and responding to complaints.

• The Customer Service Reps are the front line of support for the clients and customers and they ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services and features.

• Will make 30-60 calls daily during low and peak seasons

• Will provide clients/customers information about their grills

Requirements/Duties:

• Positivity and teamwork mentality

• Start with calling the customer and attempting to provide satisfactory resolution before call end

• Responsible for entering all orders/returns with correct details (items, pricing, coding, etc.)

• Action customer service inquiries (FIFO) while prioritizing escalated/hot situations

• De-escalate and manage customer conversations that result in a positive customer experience with our brand

• Provide luxury customer service in all methods of communication and action
