Job Title: Cyber Security Business Analyst

Location: WFH/Remote

Pay: $60 - $66/hourly

This role will be working with the program managers on the Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management and Access Revalidation work stream within a Global Cyber Security program in which people, processes, and technologies are significantly impacted. We require a strong BA that has demonstrated success.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for Privileged Access Management and Access Revalidation support

• Execute plans to enhance compliance, achieve onboarding goals, and support program objectives

• Gather requirements, document complex process flows, and identify improvement opportunities

• Recommend and implement procedural changes to align with organizational objectives

• Facilitate project meetings and coordinate user acceptance testing for complex change implementation

Job Description:

• Demonstrate expertise in Privileged Access Management and Access Revalidation

• Collaborate with program team and stakeholders to identify and address requirements and gaps

• Document and communicate requirements to the development team

• Work closely with subject matter experts to establish technical vision

• Facilitate testing and onboarding with system teams and end users

• Ensure thorough understanding of user requirements, user experience, and process documentation for solutions

• Obtain necessary approvals, provide status updates, and manage risks for complex change implementation while adhering to data policies and standards

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

• 4 years relevant experience *REQUIRED*

• Ability to work global hours (US, UK, and Australia time zones), as needed

• Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

• Working knowledge of privileged access management and access revalidation projects and managing requirements and testing on the projects

• Experience collaborating with technical team members, business analysts, and project/program managers to ensure a quality solution is delivered

• Evidence of successful participation in the delivery of complex programs

• Effective collaboration, communication, and strong stakeholder management skills

• Impact analysis and strong problem-solving skills when gathering and assessing business needs to overcome potential obstacles and challenges

• Self-motivated, assertive, detail oriented, high degree of organization skills and the ability to appropriately prioritize assigned tasks to ensure timely goal achievement

• Experience with software including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft O365, SailPoint, and CyberArk

• Working knowledge of terminology, function and fundamental capabilities of common computer, software, information and communication technology devices, components, and concepts
