Job Title: Data Analysts


Location: Downtown Dallas, TX


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm


Pay: $25.00/hour


Responsibilities: Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data and a keen understanding of the water systems industry. They will be confident working independently and effectively collaborating within a team environment.

  • Data Analytics Expertise (Water Systems Focus): Demonstrated understanding of data quality concepts and methods, particularly pertaining to water systems and infrastructure.

  • Experience identifying and rectifying data inconsistencies, missing values, and anomalies.

  • Proficient in data analysis techniques (statistical analysis, data visualization, reporting) to extract insights from water system data.

  • Software and System Administration: Knowledge of software testing and incident/change management procedures.

  • Familiarity with system processes related to water system applications.

  • Project Management and Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage data-driven projects from conception to completion.

  • Business Acumen and Communication: Experience working with water system stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into clear system requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively present data insights and manage change requests.

  • Ability to research, analyze data, and compile comprehensive reports for various audiences.

  • Teamwork and Relationship Building: Skilled in establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach to project execution.


Job Requirements:

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently.Communicating effectively verbally and in writing

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships

  • Ability to make decisions regarding policy and interpretation

  • Ability to plan organize, and attention to detail

  • Ability to conduct research, analyze data and compile reports.

  • HS Diploma or GED required
