Job Description

Seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk who wants to join a successful family owned dealership!

Do you have previous data entry experience with a high attention to detail?


Job Title: Data Entry/Front Desk Clerk


Location: Grand Prairie, TX

Pay: $20

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Duties:

  • Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database

  • Update customer information in database

  • Work with spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes

  • Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers

  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents

  • Update existing data

  • Search for and investigate information contained in files

  • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

  • Assist with special projects that require data entry

  • Customer service answering calls and directing to appropriate person, taking phone payments, and providing general assistance

  • Complete deposits, this may include large sums of cash

Requirements:

  • Preferred : Experience working in a dealership

  • Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a similar role/environment is required.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and speed.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.

  • Familiarity with office equipment, including scanners and printers.

  • Ability to work with spreadsheets and manipulate large sets of data.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Candidates who are bilingual (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply.
