We re seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support a system migration project. Your role will focus on accurately transferring data to a new platform, ensuring integrity and precision throughout the process.

Job Title:  Data Entry Specialist

Location : South Phoenix, AZ *Near Tempe

Pay : $17/hour

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Temporary (3-Month Project)

Job Responsibilities:

• Migrate and validate data between systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies during data transfer.
• Maintain data integrity and adhere to company guidelines.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Ideal Candidate :

• Previous data entry experience, especially in migration or system conversions.
• Proficient in Excel and Word with strong typing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines.

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Criminal Background & Drug Screening
• 2 verifiable employment references
