Job Title: Electrical Tester

Location: Carrollton, TX

Pay: $18.00

Schedule: 1st shift 7:00am -4:30pm (flexible for overtime as needed) 5am to 4:30pm OT when needed

Job Summary: The Electrical Tester for ATM Assembly will be responsible for testing and verifying the electrical components and systems of automated teller machines (ATMs) to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. The role involves working closely with the assembly team to identify and resolve electrical issues, perform diagnostics, and ensure that all components function correctly before deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Testing: Conduct thorough electrical tests on ATM assemblies to verify proper functionality of all components, including power supply, circuits, and electronic systems.

• Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose electrical faults and malfunctions in ATM assemblies. Develop and implement solutions to address and resolve issues efficiently.

• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all testing procedures comply with industry standards and company quality assurance protocols. Document and report test results, deviations, and corrective actions.

• Component Inspection: Inspect electrical components and assemblies for quality, proper installation, and adherence to technical specifications.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the assembly and engineering teams to communicate test results, provide feedback on design improvements, and assist with resolving technical challenges.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of test procedures, results, and any modifications made to ATM assemblies. Prepare detailed reports for review by management.

• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field preferred.

• Previous experience in electrical testing, preferably within the ATM or similar electronic assembly industry required.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and testing methodologies.

• Proficiency with electrical diagnostic tools and equipment.

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to stand & walk for entire shift.

• Ability to communicate, both verbal/written in English is required.

• Clear criminal background & drug screen required.
