Job Title: Enrollment Specialist

Location: Lewisville, TX

Pay: $17.00/hr.-$19.00/hr. BOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Job description: Playing a key role of supporting parents in students by researching, processing and handling customer service calls by responding to emails and chat box.Also, flexible to work other administrative duties including front office/customer service as needed.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED required

• 2 years experience working in a high call volume environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Effectively develop and maintain relationships

• High attention to detail
