Entry Level Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday - Sunday (you must be available to work on the weekends and any major holidays)
Pay: $13 an hour
Hours: Training 9am-6pm Monday-Friday for 1st week
2nd week will begin regular shift 2pm-11pm Mon- Sun (40hrs a week)
The Customer Service Representatives will handle calls and chats on a daily basis from store personnel to assist with resolution on issues in the order process flow. You will be required to reach out to carriers as needed to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner and guests have a positive purchasing experience.
Handling inbound calls from retail store personnel to resolve issues related to activation issues. These issues may involve incorrect pricing, system slowness or carrier system down times.
Candidates must have strong computer knowledge; ability to toggle between multiple screens while assisting customers on the phone.
Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure guest satisfaction
6+ months of call center/customer service experience
Intermediate computer knowledge and skills (will be tested in office)
Professional phone demeanor
Clear drug screen and background check required
