ROLE IMPACT
Join a mission-driven, contracting firm as an entry-level estimator supporting a growing construction team. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated self-starter to break into the construction industry and build core estimating skills while contributing to the accurate forecasting of project costs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and evaluate cost estimates and bid scopes
Prepare detailed estimates and purchase orders across product lines
Maintain communication with vendors, subcontractors, and team members
Track and manage bid pricing and vendor quotes
Conduct cost analysis and ensure timely completion of estimates

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required
High attention to detail with proven reliability/attendance
Computer-literate with strong organizational habits
Self-motivated with a proactive, go-getter attitude

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
Microsoft Excel
Email platforms (e.g., Outlook)
Cost estimating software (training provided)

PREFERRED SKILLS
Exposure to construction or trades industry
Strong interpersonal skills with vendor communication
Ability to read or interpret basic construction drawings
