Job Title: Executive Admin
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00/hourly
Job Description:

Manage Calendars for Executive team
-
Attend to all guests/visitors

Maintain a tidy showroom, restock office and kitchen supplies
-
Provide tours of showroom
-
Provide technology support in all conference rooms
-
Organize and plan presentations, luncheons and happy hour events
-
Provide administrative support to Sales and Accounting team as needed
Ideal Candidate:
-
Client servicing experience demonstrated experience and passion for providing upscale service to clients
-
Administrative/Clerical experience
Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
-
Criminal Background & Drug Screening
-
2 verifiable employment references
