As an Executive Assistant, you ll manage auction projects, coordinate donation logistics, and ensure a seamless experience for their generous donors all while creating a warm, welcoming experience. Job Title:
Location: Downtown Fort Worth
Pay: $20 - $22/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am-5pm

Job Description: As an Executive Assistant, you will be essential in coordinating special auctions and projects that fund our organization s mission.

  • Project coordination

  • Managing donation intake

  • Overseeing funds collection, and handling post-auction distribution of items

  • Representing the department as the front desk and first face of interaction

  • Greet guests

  • Assist incoming calls with professionalism and warmth


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant; nonprofit experience is a plus but not required

  • Proficiency in Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and high standard of integrity

  • Ability to communicate effectively with major donors and guests

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold a professional appearance (no visible tattoos or piercings)

  • High school diploma or GED required
