Job Title:
Location: Downtown Fort Worth
Pay: $20 - $22/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am-5pm
Job Description: As an Executive Assistant, you will be essential in coordinating special auctions and projects that fund our organization s mission.

Project coordination

Managing donation intake

Overseeing funds collection, and handling post-auction distribution of items

Representing the department as the front desk and first face of interaction

Greet guests
-
Assist incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
Requirements:
-
At least 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant; nonprofit experience is a plus but not required

Proficiency in Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and high standard of integrity

Ability to communicate effectively with major donors and guests

Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold a professional appearance (no visible tattoos or piercings)

High school diploma or GED required
