Job Title: Facilities Maintenance

Location: Fort Worth

Pay: $15/hr - $23/hr. (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, some OT

Job Details: Perform Handyman tasks for general building and grounds maintenance including HVAC upkeep.

• Remove and instal electrical circuits and wires.

• Install and replace lighting

• Maintain backup generators

• Complete preventive maintenance for HVAC systems

• Complete basic plumbing maintenance and fix minor leaks, clear blockages

• Complete general maintenance, such as: minor wall patching, touch up painting, ceiling tile touch up and replacement, bathroom stall repair and mounting signs, ext.

• Assist with grounds maintenance to include: policing grounds, moving picnic tables, benches, and trash receptacles, operate power washer to clean concrete surfaces, remove ice, snow, mud, and water from walkways and driveways

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Handyman skills

• Perform basic math

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly

• Valid Driver License

• Outlook experience
