CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a company in Denton in need of a Financial Assistant!

Title: Finance Assistant

Schedule: M-F 8a-5p

Pay: $22-$26/hr based on experience

Duration: Contract (minimum of 60 days), with the potential to go permanent

Location: Denton, TX

Job Duties:

  • Assist in the financial operations of the CAD

  • Process accounts payable

  • Correct errors on time clock punches

  • Order supplies

  • Check attendance call-ins--Answer the call in line and communicate to managers who is calling in for the day

  • Back up for routing vendors when visiting

  • Perform other related duties as required

Experience Needed:

  • 1+ years of accounting experience

  • 2+ years in an office environment

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance

  • Attention to detail
