Job Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Scottsdale, AZ *Hybrid after training*

Pay: $22.73/hourly

Job Duties:

Responsible for the support and process commission payments for employees in your designated areas. With several moving parts in the process, the ability to prioritize and manage deliverable effectively and efficiently is required.

• Build complex excel formulas to calculate commission payments

• Maintain the integrity of reports used

• Prepare monthly commission calculations

• Perform monthly commission payment reconciliations

• Work closely with IT/reporting team to develop and test reports needed for commission calculation

• Collaborate with senior leaders and Compensation Department to model commission plans

• Conduct routine audits for plan compliance and payment accuracy

• Analyze processes and implement improvements

• Support implementation and ongoing administration of commission plans and provide guidance and analysis to business units

Ideal Candidate:

• 2-5 years of financial, accounting, or data analysis experience

• Advanced skills in solving problems using mathematics on large data sets

• Advanced Excel skills required. Knowledge in SQL and VBA is a plus

• Demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced and fluid environment

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Detail oriented

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• 2 verifiable employment references
