Job Title: Customer Service/Collections Representative

Location: Onsite in Winterville, NC

Starting Pay: $15/hr. + TONS of Overtime Opportunity!

Duration: Temp to Hire! Get your foot in the door with a major company!

Start Date: 1st Week of April!

Schedule Availability: 7:00AM - 10:00PM ** 8 hour shift availability, mandatory OT at end of month **

Requirements:

• GOOD job stability is required!

• 2+ years of customer service experience!

• Ability to commit to perfect attendance in the first six months.

• Call center experience is highly preferred but not required.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Job Duties:

• Meets performance expectations for collection efforts for assigned accounts

• Provides exceptional customer service

• Negotiates payment arrangements with clients to cure delinquency, evaluating ability and willingness to pay

• Documents all collection efforts for each assigned account in accordance with established procedures
