• Location: North Phoenix, AZ (On-site)

• Pay: $19.00 $20.00/hour

• Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours

What You'll Do:

• Handle incoming calls from borrowers regarding defaulted mortgages

• Deliver timely, effective resolutions with empathy and professionalism

• Maintain a calm, confident presence during high-pressure conversations

• Use vendor-based software systems to support customer needs

• Communicate clearly and courteously with borrowers at all times

What You ll Need:

• Prior foreclosure experience (required)

• Call center experience preferred

• Strong computer and typing skills

• Math proficiency and attention to detail

• Excellent time management and organization

• Team-focused mindset and clear communication

• Consistent reliability and attendance

Onboarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Criminal background and drug screening

• Two verifiable employment references
