Job Title: Foreclosure Processor (Sales)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $19 - $21/hourly
Position Overview:
The Foreclosure Processor will manage high-volume foreclosure accounts, utilizing vendor-related software daily. This self-directed role requires attention to detail, strong initiative, and the ability to adapt quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review accounts in foreclosure, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
- Conduct audits for bid accuracy and foreclosure fee calculations
- Verify documentation and property readiness for sale
- Process foreclosure postponements and complete SCRA searches
- Ensure timely task completion and adherence to company guidelines
Ideal Candidate:
- 1+ year of foreclosure or mortgage servicing experience *REQUIRED*
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- 60+ WPM typing speed and advanced 10-key skills will be tested
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
On-boarding Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Criminal Background & Drug Screening
- 2 verifiable employment references
