Job Title: Foreclosure Processor

Location: North Phoenix, AZ 85020

Pay: $19.00/hourly

Job Description:

• Responsible for data review and disclosure package

• Work in vendor related software on a daily basis and with high volume caseloads

• Position review loan origination for data integrity

• Monitor return of fully executed disclosure package for regulatory compliance

• Review all loan files when submitted to Processing Center for signatures, dates, and required disclosures

• Ensure proper signatures, dates, and required disclosures in loan files

• File review once received in Processing Center

• Ensuring all documents are completed before file is forwarded for sale

• Rejecting files that have not been properly documented

• Ensuring that the rejected files have been updated and sent back for review

• Check for receipt of all disclosures, proper dates and signatures, documents remained unchanged since initial review

Ideal Candidate:

• 1-2 years of mortgage business experience

• Job stability demonstrated on resume *REQUIRED*

• Knowledge of basic loan application completion skills **REQUIRED**

• Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication skills

• Prioritization, positivity, flexibility, teamwork, and constructive contributions encouraged

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening
