Job Title: Foreclosure Reconciliation Associate II

Location: Coral Gables, FL (Onsite)

Hours: Monday - Friday: Business Hours (flexible to work on weekends / OT as needed)

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Duties:

• Performs reconciliation of system of record to confirm funds received satisfy total amount due

• Reviews short funds received to system of record to identify shortage discrepancy post payoff quote.

• Performs duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures and all State and Federal regulations.

• Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of Mortgage industry practices, procedures, and processes.

• Establishes effective professional rapport with both internal and external customers.

• Effectively manages times, priorities, and resources to achieve goals and Department deadlines.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required, 4 year degree preferred

• 4 years previous experience in a mortgage serving role required

• Knowledge of foreclosure law & terminology required

• Proficient in data entry and computer skills
