CornerStone Staffing is assisting an industry-leading law firm in finding Foreclosure Title Review Processors, This company specializes in financial, real estate, and mortgage and is seeking a self-directed, detail-oriented people to join their growing team in North Phoenix!!!

Job Title: Mortgage Admin - Foreclosure Title Review Processor

Location: North Phoenix, AZ 85020

Pay: $19-21/hourly

Duties and responsibilities:

• Title report and endorsement reviews

• Obtain and analyze various legal documents, including deeds, mortgages & judgements

• Entering data and review of information in vendor software

• Skills needed for mortgage documents, computer proficiency, and problem-solving

Ideal Candidate:

• Mortgage industry experience

• Typing speed of 50 wpm

• Background in mortgage industry, foreclosure, escrow, and title experience

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• 2 verifiable employment references
