Job Title: Full Lifecycle Procurement Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX

Schedule: Monday-Friday, business hours

Pay: $25.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Oversees, monitors, and administers contracts awarded by various City departments to ensure compliance with all contractual terms and city, state, and federal regulations.

• Prepares and reviews contract change orders, supplemental agreements, contract addenda and amendments, subcontractor changes, and Administrative Actions for compliance with the City's procedures; maintains file of contract documents.

• Other duties as needed

Job Requirements:

• 5 years in inventory management, purchasing, contract development or other related experience.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent writing skills strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation

• Ability to work independently and excellent time management skills

• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)

• HS diploma or GED required
