Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and ensure all campus and building systems remain fully operational

Identify, report, and escalate maintenance needs through formal request processes

Coordinate with third-party vendors for repairs, equipment service, and site work

Support event setup and teardown (e.g., tables, chairs, water stations)

Assist center leadership with facility-related tasks as requested

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years experience in facility operations, building maintenance, or similar roles

Strong coordination skills working with vendors and onsite teams

• HS or GED required

Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs as part of event setup

Professional communication and problem-solving mindset

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

CMMS or digital maintenance request systems

Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)

Vendor scheduling platforms (or comfort learning internal system)

PREFERRED SKILLS

Prior experience in public-sector or nonprofit facility operations

Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems

Event logistics or setup coordination experience
