About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become a permanent team member if you re a rockstar! This role is 100% onsite to ensure collaborative focus and creative synergy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and will play a key role in producing branding materials for our internal initiatives and retail sales marketing efforts across 64+ brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development : Create promotional banners, retail advertisements, and internal flyers using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign templates.

• Social Media Content : Design quick and impactful social media graphics

• Branding : Maintain and enhance the visual identity of our brands while adhering to established guidelines.

• Video Content Creation : Contribute to video design projects as needed.

• Collaborate closely with team members to produce high-quality crea tive materials that meet deadlines and align with brand objectives.

• Effectively communicate updates, ideas, and project feedback verbally and in writing.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop , Adobe InDesign , and Canva .

• A strong portfolio demonstrating:

  • Retail sales ads (60%)

  • Branding work (20%)

  • Social media designs (10%)

  • Video creation skills (10%)

• Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a flexible schedule.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Willingness to work onsite and prioritize collaboration.
