Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76119

Once trained, there will be flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, and would be expected to be in office 3 days a week
Pay: $20-22/hr (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:

Manage pre-employment processes: background checks, driving record checks, scheduling TB tests and drug screenings, requesting references, and employment verifications.

Ensure all pre-employment documentation is compliant

Attend job fairs and other recruitment events

Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
-
Minimum of one year of HR experience (HR Admin or HR Coordinator preferred).

Strong attention to detail and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Previous experience with HRIS systems, particularly Paylocity, is a plus (training provided).
