Job Title: HR Generalist

Duration: Temp to Perm Opportunity

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Pay: $28.85 (BOE)

Location: Must be flexible to work in Fort Worth and Irving

Purpose of Role:

The Human Resources Coordinator closely with other members of the HR team to provide support in policy administration, workers compensation and unemployment claims administration with a focus on workers compensation claims. You will also be the main contact for supporting both corporate offices for administrative needs.

Description:

  • Maintains positive employee relations/practices and provides policy interpretation as necessary.

  • Manages the workers compensation and unemployment claims process.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Education & Experience

  • Human Resource experience

  • Must have administrative experience
