HR Generalist Needed - Must have UKG Experience

Position: HR Generalist

Location: Fort Worth

Duration: Temp to Perm Opportunity

Compensation: Up to $60k/year

Essential Functions & Expectations

• Complete onboarding for new hires - including but not limited to - background check review/approval, system setup, documentation collection, and orientation presentations

• Benefit enrollment and benefit administration - provide assistance to employees about their benefits

• Maintenance of electronic personnel files

• Process LOA, FMLA, terminations, promotions, job changes, and new hires in UKG

• Work with 3rd party vendors when necessary, regarding unemployment and benefits admin

• Heavy employee interaction

• Various HR duties/projects as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 3 years of HR experience

• UKG/Kronos experience

• 1 year of employee onboarding experience

• Able to use Excel/Google Sheets and navigate a computer efficiently

• Great communicator both written and verbal

• Excellent time management and organization skills

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma/GED
