Job Title : HR/Onboarding Coordinator

Location : Tempe, AZ

Pay : $18 - $26/hourly *DOE*

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Job Description:

• Screen job applicants.

• Attend inbound calls, greet visitors.

• Check voicemails twice daily.

• Transfer data from phone screen sheets.

• Confirm and prepare candidates for interviews.

• Initiate background screenings.

• Create/update candidate resumes.

• Conduct drug screenings for hired candidates.

• Complete E-Verify procedures.

• Manage applications and assessments, ensuring completion.

• Schedule onboarding appointments and finalize hiring documents.

• Update internal system daily with hiring progress.

• Audit phone interview screening sheets.

• Assist with recruiting team administrative tasks.

Ideal Candidate:

• Job Stability demonstrated on resume *REQUIRED* .

• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or related field *REQUIRED*.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

• Proficiency in E-Verify procedures and hiring compliance.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems.

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• 2 verifiable employment references
