The City of Dallas is seeking an experienced HR Partner who has strong experience is employee relations and benefits

Position: HR Partner

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $30/hour

Schedule: Mon-Fri, business hours

Duties/Responsibilities:

The Human Resources Lead ensure all City of Dallas policies and procedures are followed and adhered to. Investigates situations to ensure civil, criminal, federal, and other statutory regulations are appropriately addressed and unbiased. Manages the case management system, enters data, pulls reports for distribution to stakeholders. The HR Lead Investigator also works closely with the HR Training team to develop training, and facilitates trainings related to workplace matters. The HR Lead Investigator is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business/public administration or social science field.

• 4 years professional level experience in 1 or more of the following areas: employee relations; internal affairs; investigative reporting/writing or mediation/arbitration.

• 2 years of the required experience must have been in employee relations.
