CornerStone Staffing has teamed up with a MAJOR home services company in the Denton area to seek out two HVAC Technicians with over a year of experience and a desire to further their education in the field!

Job Title: HVAC Technician

Pay Rate: $25/hr. - $32/hr.

Location: Denton, TX

Duration: DIRECT HIRE! Be a permanent employee from day 1!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 Hour Shift

Job Description: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. Must be skilled in cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems. Guide and advise customers to select best air quality system to fulfill their requirements.

Job Duties:

• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment

• Identify maintenance risks on equipment and diagnosis electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems

• Clean, adjust, and repair systems while performing warranty services

• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently

• Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions

• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and OSHA

• Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements

• Additional duties as required

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Understand advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating

• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal skills

• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans

• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice

• Ability to work in confined spaces and stand/bend/stoop throughout shift
