CornerStone Staffing is on the hunt for over 20 Healthcare Customer Support Reps in Fort Worth, TX. If you re used to handling a lot of inbound calls, scheduling refills, and updating patients, we want to hear from you!

You ll be joining one of the largest independent specialty pharmacies, focusing on rare diseases and cancer medications.

Location: Fort Worth, TX or Cary, NC 100% On-Site
Pay: $20.40/HR
Schedule: Monday Friday with shifts available between 8am - 8pm EST, plus some flexibility for OT and weekends
Training: 8AM - 5PM for 4 weeks; after training, you ll get your regular work schedule

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls related to pharmacy needs, like scheduling medication deliveries and addressing customer inquiries.

  • Keeping our workflow smooth by managing calls related to general prescription statuses and financial info.

  • Directing calls to the right team members to ensure issues are resolved quickly and customers are satisfied.

  • Updating records with progress notes so everyone in the workflow is on the same page.

  • Using our management information system to provide information about refills, prescription statuses, insurance details, and invoices.

What We re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)

  • Customer service experience in a call center (retail experience doesn t quite fit the bill)

  • Familiarity with management information systems

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional phone demeanor

  • Great attention to detail

  • Medical office experience or knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

  • Willingness to take a typing and customer service test
