Job Title: Healthcare/Reimbursement Case Manager


Location: Remote/WFH | **FL/NC/TX Residents ONLY**


Pay: $18.00 - $23.00/hourly


Schedule:  8:00am 8:00pm EST   *Must be available to work within those hours*

**SEASONAL NEED - TEMP PROJECT**


Position Overview:
Responsible for customer service and case management. The role involves interacting with patients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and manufacturer clients to support reimbursement and patient assistance functions.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a single point of contact for providers and patients, acting as a patient advocate with compassion.
  • Coordinate access to therapies, follow up, and facilitate support services.
  • Manage case load and validate patient information per program SOPs.
  • Provide guidance on completing program applications and determine patient eligibility.
  • Conduct reimbursement activities, including benefit investigations and prior authorizations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain frequent contact with relevant parties.
  • Report Adverse Events and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with inter-departmental associates and exercise judgment within SOPs.


Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy, medical insurance, reimbursement hub, physician s office, healthcare setting, or insurance *REQUIRED*.
  • 2+ years of experience in reimbursements   *REQUIRED*.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel with strong keyboard skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and pharmacy/medical benefits.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and customer satisfaction focused.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team member and solve problems.

  • Criminal Background & Drug Screening
  • 2 verifiable employment references
