Job Title : Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Pay : $19 - $20.40/hourly
Schedule Availability: Monday - Friday *occasional Saturday/s* | 8:00am - 8:00pm
Location : Cary, NC *ON-SITE*
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient and provider inquiries related to insurance, billing, and scheduling.
- Provide accurate information and efficiently resolve patient concerns.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.
- Accurately document all patient interactions.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years of healthcare experience required .
- 2 years of call center experience required .
- Familiarity with medical terminology and pharmacy experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications with attention to detail.
- Experience with management information systems to address customer needs.
- Must be willing to take a typing and customer service test.
On-boarding Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Criminal Background & Drug Screening
- 2 verifiable employment references
