Monday Friday, 10:00 AM 6:30 PM (after training)

ROLE IMPACT
This role ensures timely and accurate data entry while supporting pharmacy operations through call center assistance. You will be instrumental in facilitating patient care coordination and provider communication in a high-volume, compliance-driven healthcare environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately enter data across multiple pharmacy systems and platforms
Handle occasional inbound/outbound calls with patients, caregivers, and providers
Deliver high-quality customer service in accordance with internal policies
Follow workflows to support medication access and documentation
Work onsite during training; transition to remote after proficiency
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1+ year call center experience preferred
Healthcare or pharmacy background preferred
Must obtain Board of Pharmacy Tech License within 30 days of start
Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
