L ocation: N. Fort Worth, TX (Alliance Area) ** REMOTE**
Pay: $18.46/HR
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday (8:30a-7p CT)
*Please note: Candidates must be available to work 4 days a week for 10 hours and required to work weekends.
***All candidates MUST successfully complete training prior to working remote***
The Healthcare Customer Support Representative is an important role in the Pharmacy Operations and is responsible for handling heavy inbound calls. The ideal candidate is a well-spoken, enthusiastic, and organized person with the ability to provide high level of customer service to our patients, clinicians, and clients.
Job Description:
Responsible for handling inbound calls from pharmacies, vendors, pharmaceutical sales and insurance company inquiries, which involves researching and resolving issues of non-technical nature.
Directly responds to customer inquiries when appropriate or routes calls to the appropriate staff to ensure prompt resolution/customer satisfaction.
This includes documentation calls, communicating new product service offerings and escalating critical complex issues to next level of support.
Calls are handled with accuracy while meeting department and individual performance goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
1-3 years Call Center and customer support experience
High School Diploma or GED with minimum of Associate degree preferred
Experience working with management information systems to effectively address customer needs
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Excellent verbal and written communications
Professional telephone manner
Strong attention to detail
Customer service experience in a Call Center role no retail
Medical office experience / knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Must be willing to take a typing and customer service test
