COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Payrate: $22.00/hr
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday Friday; some Saturdays required
Start Date: ASAP

ROLE IMPACT
As a Fill Technician, you will play a critical role in pharmacy operations by ensuring the accurate preparation and labeling of prescriptions, contributing directly to patient safety and therapy effectiveness. Your work supports a seamless medication dispensing process and reinforces our mission to provide personalized, high-quality care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately count and label prescriptions to match patient therapy regimens
Record and monitor drug storage conditions and document any excursions
Perform quarterly expiration date checks and monthly drug inventory
Maintain accurate perpetual inventory records daily
Support the distribution team with documentation and shipment preparation
Receive multiple drug orders following SOP standards
Handle biohazard materials in compliance with OSHA guidelines
Collaborate with teammates to meet operational goals

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma required
Registered with the NC Board of Pharmacy or ability to register within 1 month of hire
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Proficient in basic computer operations and multitasking
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-oriented

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Requires handling of biohazard materials per OSHA safety standards
Regular standing and movement required in a pharmacy fulfillment setting
Exposure to controlled substance storage and tracking systems
Involves periodic inventory audits and drug handling
Adheres to documented SOPs and compliance guidelines

REQUIRED SKILLS
Current CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification
Previous pharmacy operations or fulfillment experience
Experience in inventory or logistics environments - Preferred
