CornerStone Staffing is hiring for Healthcare Patient Support Representative in Irving, TX. Work for one of the largest independent specialty pharmacies in the US!!

Location: Irving, TX 75063 (ONSITE)

Pay: $16.00/hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-7pm (must have flexibility for 8 hr shift)

Job Description:

• Responsible for answering the phones, providing communication to health care providers, patients and other internal customers

• Responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient initial and prescription refill shipments

• Answer incoming phone calls and provides necessary information

• Contact patients and gather essential information for coordination of shipment of prescription

• Responsible for accurately and completely scheduling prescription and medication deliveries

• Document and maintain patient records accurately and completely

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent

• Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Service Center
