We are seeking dedicated Quality Assurance Specialists to join our growing team during our busiest season!

Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: WFH/REMOTE | MUS RESIDE in TX, AZ, IN, KY, NC, SC, GA, FL.

Temporary Role: October February 2025 (potential for conversion NOT a guarantee)
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hourly
Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00am 8:00pm EST *Occasional Saturdays*

Job Responsibilities:

• Review benefit verifications for completeness and accuracy.

• Meet daily quality quotas and update documentation as needed.

• Provide feedback to supervisors based on quality protocols.

• Participate in calibration meetings to maintain evaluation consistency.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of benefit investigations or similar medical/insurance experience REQUIRED.

• 1+ year of Quality Assurance/Auditing experience REQUIRED.

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• High attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks on large data sets.

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• 2 verifiable employment references
