Job Title: Healthcare Team Lead

Pay: $20.00-$23.00/hourly

Schedule: Monday - Friday w/ Occasional Saturdays | 8:00am - 8:00pm EST

****Must be able to work any shift between those hours

Location: Charlotte, NC | WFH/REMOTE after orientation - needs to be near Charlotte, NC

TEMP PROJECT | September - February

Job Summary:

The Team Lead provides daily support and coaching to remote staff handling Benefit Verifications within a Micro-Hub. They assist the Supervisor and Area Director/Manager in achieving productivity goals, customer service standards, and quality control for all projects.

Job Duties:

• Guide team members in processing Benefit Investigations

• Offer coaching and resolve issues for team members

• Monitor seasonal employees' performance to meet client service levels

• Ensure daily production meets quality standards

• Support training initiatives for Reimbursement Specialists

• Escalate issues to the Supervisor as needed

• Develop program training documents

• Maintain open communication with staff

• Identify and address program challenges

• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years in a specialty pharmacy, medical insurance, reimbursement hub, or similar healthcare setting preferred

• 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience

• Experience in benefit investigations in a fast-paced environment is a plus

• Experience managing a remote workforce is desirable

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• 2 verifiable employment references
