Job Title:  Healthcare Team Lead
Location: WFH/REMOTE | TX/NC/FL residents ONLY

TEMPORARY Role:  November - February 2025 (potential for conversion to perm NOT a guarantee)
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hourly
Schedule: Monday Friday | 8am 8pm Eastern Time Zone *Occasional Saturdays based on business need*

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach remote teams performing Benefit Verifications.
• Monitor employee performance and ensure quality control.
• Support team members with issue resolution and task completion.
• Assist with training initiatives and communicate openly with staff.
• Escalate issues and propose solutions to supervisors.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy, insurance, or healthcare REQUIRED.
• 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of benefit investigations and remote team management preferred.

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Criminal Background & Drug Screening
• 2 verifiable employment references
