Job Description:
As an Inbound Support Agent, you will handle inbound calls from customers utilizing company systems, processes, and procedures. Calls are handled with accuracy while meeting departmental and individual performance goals.? You will integrate and practice Company Shared Principles of Integrity, Customer Centered, Accountability, Respect and Excellence (ICARE).

Accept inbound calls and handle customer requests

General Pharmacy system troubleshooting

Assistance with adjudication issues

Intermediate PC, Windows, Network and Hardware troubleshooting

Enter all calls in the Call Tracking System with accuracy and well documented call notes

Communicate effectively with Internal and External customers
Qualifications/Requirements

Must be able to work On-Call After hours

MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-
General networking knowledge (routers, switches, VPN, connectivity)

Experience with Windows 7/XP

Minimum 1-year experience in a call center environment preferred
