CornerStone Staffing is currently hiring for the following position:

Job Title : High End Customer Service Agent (Client Advisor)

Pay: Compensation based on experience (differential paid if bilingual in French, Spanish, Mandarin, Portuguese, Hindi language)

Schedule: Hours: need be flexible are 8am to 12am (Monday to Friday) and 9am to 12am (Saturday) and 10am to 11pm (Sunday) - must be flexible with your schedule

Job Details:

The Client Advisor/High End Customer Service Agent is responsible for servicing through proper and accurate handling of inquiries on, including but not limited to, the company product, services, company awareness, complaints, CRM initiates and site navigation via phone calls, email, social media and chat. The Client Advisor/High End Customer Service Agent will also be responsible for achieving assigned objectives in the areas of sales, productivity, and quality; as well as maintaining high operational standards and efficient use of key systems.

Job Duties:

  • Handle inbound calls in regards to product inquiries , fielding calls for stores, store information as well as any questions or concerns the client may have

  • Providing the highest level of customer service

  • Handling customer compliants and deescalating calls

  • Documenting in CRM system and working in multiple company platforms

  • Assist in the RSVP process for our store openings and corporate event

Requirements/Candidate Profile:

  • Assist in the RSVP process for our store openings and corporate event

  • Candidate must excellent communication, both written and verbally

  • Typing 30 wpm is a requirement (will be tested during interview process)

  • 2-3 years experience working in a professional customer service environment or 2-3 years of high end retail experience is required for this role

  • Experience selling and clienteling

  • Integrity and trust

  • Customer focus mindset

  • Bilingual in French, Spanish, Mandarin, Portuguese, Hindi language is a MAJOR plus

  • High School Diploma or GED required/ Bachelors degree preferred
