As a High-Volume Data Processor, you ll play a vital role in maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring mission-critical data is processed every shift with zero margin for error.

High-Volume Data Processor
Location Plano, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
$20.00 per hour
Monday Friday, 1:00 PM 9:30 PM (evening shift; OT expected post-hire)
Temp-to-Hire

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter 30 60 customer data cases nightly from paper forms into system
Populate 100+ lines of data into Excel and generate summary spreadsheets
Verify technician-submitted data for completeness and accuracy
Maintain and update existing customer records
Organize and securely store documents post-entry

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1+ year experience in data entry or similar role (entry-level not considered)
65+ WPM typing speed; touch typing skills strongly preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
High school diploma or equivalent required

Microsoft Excel
Internal customer database systems

Self-motivated with ability to meet daily deadlines independently
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Understanding of data confidentiality standards
