CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a customer that is a Major Hospital that is hiring for a Service Dispatcher. If you have 2+ years of dispatching, security, or customer service experience along with stable work history then we want to talk to you!!

Job Title: Service Dispatcher

Location: Temple, TX

Pay: $18.00/hr

Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, 3:00pm -11:30pm

Job Description:

• Proficient in ALL phone and work request dispatch responsibilities.

• Monitors environmental alarms: doors, gates, parking lot intercoms & CCTV.

• Assists with the workflow and assignments for patient transporters.

• Responsible for providing feedback to leadership regarding ways to improve processes, increase efficiencies, and to maximize the performance of the department.

• Performs all position appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional and courteous manner.

• Must have good customer service skills and strong computer skills.

• Ability to handle difficult situations; providing conflict resolution if necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous dispatch or security experience is highly preferred

• Must have a stable work history - no job hoppers

• High school diploma or GED required
