Job Title: Housing Program Coordinator

Location: Dallas, TX

Schedule: Monday-Friday, business hours

Pay: $20.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include customer service to internal and external customers regarding loan agreements, deeds of trust, deed restrictions and any other liens placed on real property by the Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization Department

• Navigating legal documents and enjoy working in a repetitious environment

• Reviewing applications for home repair assistance, reviewing contracts, and reviewing applications for eligibility

• Maintain a filing system

• Other duties as needed

Job Requirements:

• Experience in mortgage, underwriting, or direct housing and development experience with a municipality

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent writing skills strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation

• Ability to work independently and excellent time management skills

• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)

• HS diploma or GED required
