Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm; 35 hrs/week
Pay: $25.00/hour
Responsibilities
The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and executing a variety of projects within the museum. This role requires a polished professional with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a friendly disposition. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, project delivery-minded, and able to maintain professional decorum while interacting with diverse teams and visitors.

Plan, execute, and oversee museum projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Coordinate with various departments to achieve project goals.

Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Provide clear and effective communication across all levels.

Utilize technology to enhance project management and museum operations. Stay updated with current tech trends relevant to museum and project needs.

Demonstrate a genuine appreciation for the arts and an understanding of how this impacts museum operations and audience engagement.

Exhibit professional decorum and humility in all interactions. Represent the museum with a positive and courteous demeanor.

Job Requirements and Skills:

3-7 years of experience in project coordination or a related field preferred, though we are flexible for the right candidate

Bachelors Degree; A relevant background or experience in arts administration, project management, or similar fields is beneficial.

Must have Human Resources experience
